Time Slips
Can people with Alzheimer's Disease, whose memories and communication skills have broken down, tap into the power of creativity to express themselves? What might be the rewards, if any? Time Slips began as an experiment to answer these questions. In Milwaukee, Wisconsin and New York City, a group of artists shares in storytelling workshops with caregivers and individuals with Alzheimer's disease once a week. The stories woven from these workshops offer a rare glimpse into the world of Alzheimer's and the people locked within it.
