National Story Project

As host of the National Story Project, Paul Auster reads a handful of stories submitted by listeners of National Public Radio's "All Things Considered." The real life narratives are filled with unique experiences, heartwarming memories and eerie coincidences. Recent tales take listeners to a 5-acre farm in rural southeastern Michigan, a high school classroom, the battlefields of the Civil War and beyond.
