Top 10 Most Challenged Books in 2005
The following books were among 405 challenges reported to the Office for Intellectual Freedom in 2005. The American Library Association suggests that for each challenge reported, as many as four or five go unreported. The agency offers tips on reporting or dealing with a challenge at its Web site.
