Congratulations to the University of Washington Libraries, Seattle, WA
Students, scholars and other denizens of academia will find the University of Washington Libraries site a researcher's dream. The university librarians have created a rich information gateway to serve both on-campus and remote library patrons. The library provides access to hundreds of databases and catalogs (many restricted to library card-holders) as well as a variety of electronic journals, many with full-text access. Patrons and surfers alike can use an excellent collection of reference tools, including dictionaries, financial aid resources and writing guides. Brush up on your search skills with one of the tutorials in the research guides area. When you're finished searching and researching, take in a little history at one of the library's online exhibits, which explore topics like the Klondike Goldrush. It seems that no matter where you dig, you're likely to find valuable nuggets of information at the University of Washington Libraries.
