Congratulations to KIDS COUNT
To research the status of children in the United States, go to KIDS COUNT, a national and state-by-state project of the Casey Foundation. Published annually, the KIDS COUNT Data Book uses the best available data to measure the educational, social, economic, and physical well-being of children state by state. Information can be accessed by state profiles, graphs, maps and in raw data formats. The Foundation also funds a national network of state-level projects that provide a more detailed, county-by-county picture of the condition of children. You can also access 2001 Census Data available by a state's counties, congressional districts and major cities. Other reports based on recent census data include The Right Start, a report on the conditions of babies and their families across the United States, and City KIDS COUNT, focusing on children in the 50 largest U.S. cities.
